Two ways to configure your Ecube.

Both share the same changer, compressor, IN-CONTROL technology and modular frame. The difference is energy capacity, inverter power and throughput — pick the one that matches how hard you'll run it.

Ecube BASE

The compact all-in-one, ready to earn.

The entry configuration: a complete battery-electric tyre station — changer, balancer and silent compressor — in just 1.1 m² of floor space. Everything needed to fit, change and balance tyres on location, with no onboard generator.

Semi-automatic tyre changer

A 48V electric changer for the everyday work — cars, vans and light commercials — set at a NIOSH-recommended working height in a 1.1 m² footprint.

IN-CONTROL technology

Wheel balancer

Every unit runs on Ecube's own 48V lithium power boxes — no generator, no fuel, no fumes. Battery and inverter boxes share one compact aluminium housing and stack for more capacity or power as your business grows.

What is included in an Ecube unit?

Every Ecube integrates a semi-automatic tyre changer, a Haweka-centred wheel balancer, a silent oilless air compressor and Ecube’s own 48V lithium power boxes, all in one modular frame that needs just 1.1 m² of floor space — a full tyre workshop in a single compact unit.

What is the difference between Ecube BASE and Ecube MAX?

Both share the same changer, compressor, IN-CONTROL technology and modular frame. Ecube BASE has a 48V 2.6 kWh battery, a 500 W inverter and a hand-spin balancer, and services up to 40 tyres per charge. Ecube MAX steps up to a 5.4 kWh battery, a 2000–6000 W inverter, dual helper arms, a motorised 2D laser balancer and a touchscreen with camera, servicing up to 80 tyres per charge.

What is IN-CONTROL technology?

IN-CONTROL is Ecube’s in-house control system (international patents pending) that lets one machine work as both a lever and a leverless tyre changer. You choose the operation method to suit the wheel, with an optional detachable remote foot controller for hands-free control.

Does Ecube need a generator?

No. Ecube runs entirely on its temperature-controlled 48V lithium power boxes (from 2.6 kWh, stackable to more), so there is no onboard generator to fuel or maintain — that means no fumes, far less noise and one less running cost. The boxes charge via AC/DC, 12V DC/DC or optional solar, and can add type-2 EV charging.

What tyre sizes can Ecube handle?

The car and van changer handles rims from 10 to 24 inches (43" maximum wheel diameter), and the balancer reaches to 26 inches. For bus and light-truck wheels up to 26 inches, the eTower energy/air tower pairs with a hydraulic truck tyre changer.

Do you supply more than the Ecube machine?

Yes. Alongside Ecube BASE and MAX we can supply the eTruck — a fully-fitted service vehicle ready to work from day one — the eTower for truck and bus tyre service, and the modular power boxes, machines and accessories on their own.
